Deleting recorded WAV files from Ipod and playing recorded WAV files

By djdaigoro - Posted on 13 March 2010

Hello,
Really impressed and enjoying Quixpin so far.
Two questions:
1) How can I delete files from the ipod that I have added via a web connection or that I have recorded in Quixpin and would like to get rid of?
2) Is it currently possible to listen to a recorded WAV file, or does it have to be added to my computer, converted to an mp3, and then re-loaded?
thanks,
Michael L, Brooklyn, NY

Greeting Jairo,

Sorry that you're having difficulties. Unfortunately, only Apple can provide you with a refund. Can you provide us with some information on why you are dissatisfied with the product?

Thanks,

Greetings Michael,

We appreciate your comments. Thank you!

  • Right now, the web server doesn't have the ability to delete files, but the FTP server does. We will be adding the ability to delete files from the server soon.
  • The same goes for listening to your recordings. We will be adding that capability as well. Thanks for the suggestion!

Please let us know if you have any questions or more great suggestions.

Thanks again,
